11 Atlantic Way - This Island Park house features four bedrooms and three baths on two levels. Downstairs one bedroom has a king (Note: 18"-20" in deep pocket sheets needed) and one has two sets of bunk beds (Note: 1 set of bunks is extra long and the other set is regular length) These two bedrooms have private baths. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a king and the second bedroom has a queen. They share a Jack n Jill bathroom.

Amenities include access to two swimming pools in the Island Park community, 5 TVs, Roku (to be used with guests' personal login), DVD, blender, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. . The dining room table seats 6. There's a covered, street side porch, and a large, uncovered lagoon side porch with a patio table and chairs. The lagoon side, ground level patio features a picnic table and comfortable rockers.

This house has keyless entry.

This house rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before June 1 and after August 15, and there's a three-night minimum stay required. There is a golf cart outlet under the house, at the base of the pylon where the electrical box is. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional*
