131 West Third Street - "OIB Happy Now" This house has a PRIVATE SALT WATER POOL AND ELEVATOR - It also has access to the Ocean Front Pool and Clubhouse at The Resort, which is a five minute walk away. The Resort has an oceanfront community pool, and bathroom facilities, so you won't have to walk back to the house to use the restroom while you're at the beach. The clubhouse also provides golf cart parking.
The house has 2630 square feet of living area, and is tastefully decorated. It features five bedrooms and five bathrooms on two levels, with beautiful views of the marsh and Jinks Creek from both living room areas. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, and two upstairs. All bedrooms have private baths. Downstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen, and one has two sets of bunk beds. One of the bunk beds has two doubles, the other bunk bed has two twins. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two queens. On the first level there is a queen sleeper sofa. Every bedroom has a flat screen television. Both great rooms have TVs.
Televisions are SMART TV - streaming only. Guests may login to apps with their personal login.
Amenities include a 12 X 25 salt water private pool, outside shower by the pool, all stainless-steel appliances, elevator, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, blender, iron/ironing board, and a highchair and porta-crib for your little ones.

This property has keyless entry.

The golf cart outlet is under the house. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
