3 SHELL COURT - This Island Park home features four bedrooms and two and a half baths on two levels. Downstairs both bedrooms have a queen bed each, and both bedrooms have a TV. These two bedrooms share a Jack n Jill bathroom. The half bath is on the first level. Upstairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and TV. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.

As you drive up, you'll enjoy the new paver driveway, and new paver skirt from front stairs, as well as the two block retaining wall with lights, which wraps around the carports, and the new landscape lighting. Amenities include access to two swimming pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, The house has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, five HD flat screen TVs with Streaming service provided. The living room TV is a 2020 Samsung SMART TV. There's also secure, fiber optic Wi-Fi, and picnic table. The dining room table seats six, and there are two stools at the bar for additional seating. There's a high chair, a pack-n-play, and baby gates at the deck for your little ones. There is a golf cart outlet inside the renter's storage on the ground level. There's a new ground level deck on the lagoon side, and new front and rear decks and staircases.

This property has keyless entry.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
