Amenities include community pool with outdoor shower, lagoon with fountain, community dock for fishing or crabbing, secure wireless internet, central heat and air, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender. This condo has Smart TVs that allow Streaming with guest's account. The property has keyless entry so there is no need to stop by the office.

Monthly rentals available: May or September - $3200 per month, October through April - 1 month $2500, 2 consecutive months $2000 per month. 3 consecutive months or more $1700 per month. Applicable taxes and fees will be added to rent.

This Jinks Creek condo is approximately a mile from the island traffic circle, where you will find restaurants, the OIB Park and other beach attractions.

All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
