Enjoy this beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 full baths custom decorated home with reverse floor plan. Each bedroom has its own television and private bath. On the first level there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - King has a bath with shower, Bedroom 2 - Queen has a bath with shower, and bedroom 3 has a two sets of built in bunk beds (twin size) with bath that has a bathtub/shower. The first level has a large living area with wet bar and mini refrigerator. Full size washer and dryer are located on this level.

The second level has 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom with marble double sinks, shower and a separate privy. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed along with a twin sized bed as well as a full bathroom with shower. The second floor boasts ocean views from the great room which includes the living room and the kitchen which seats 12 at the dining table and 4 on the spacious marble island.

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience (excluding bunk beds). Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Top bunk beds will not be made. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.

This home is across the street from the community center which has handicap beach access and restrooms. Conveniently located near the pier, shops, museum, playground, restaurants and the summer concerts. This home features 4 decks that provide furnished outside seating and a Widows Watch deck with views of the ocean and island.

The open floor plan with living room, kitchen with large dining area on second level that opens to streetside deck. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, double oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, and Kitchen Aid mixer. Other amenities include hot/cold outside shower, private pool which can be heated off-season for an extra charge (3 Night Minimum - Must notify Williamson Realty in writing at least one week in advance), pool furniture, poolside tiki bar. The outdoor granite tiki bar has a sink and seats eight people.

Driveway and carport easily accommodates 6 cars. The garage is not available to renters.
