This condo is the entire top floor. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen. Just steps away from the beach! Perfect for two couples or small family looking for a beach getaway. The bedrooms have Smart TVs. The living room includes a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker, and regular coffee maker. The sliding glass doors open up onto an expansive deck perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. On the walkway to the beach is a shared gazebo with seating as well. The condo is a short walk to the pier which is close to shops, entertainment and restaurants.

Amenities include central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, ceiling fans, and high speed internet.
There is no washer and dryer on the property.

I never got the check out text/email. So the cleaners came before we were done packing up. 9 AM is super early so we weren't totally prepared for that.

The Island Condo 006 is beautiful and extremely well appointed. The views from the unit are amazing. Despite the AC issues, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would consider renting the unit next year. One suggestion since linens are not provided in the unit would be to have access to a washer and dryer. We’ve been coming to OIB for the past 5 years and this is by far the best location.
