On the first level, next to the living room, on the street side, there is a bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. Seven steps up, there's the kitchen/dining area, and another bedroom with two double beds and an attached bathroom also accessible by the hallway. Seven steps up, there is a street side bedroom with a king bed and access to a balcony. This bedroom has a private bath. Seven steps up, there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with two bunk beds, with doubles on the bottom and singles on the top. Both of these bedrooms have a private bathrooms also. All bedrooms have cable TV. The dining room table seats six and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Added conveniences include it being approximately 200' from the Monroe St. beach access, which is ramped, and the OIB Community Center. This house backs up to Fairmont Street, and it's an easy walk to the Coastal Carolina Museum, putt-putt golf, and the pier.
