“It’s A Shore Thing” Beach Villas Unit C-1 - 101 W. First Street

Amazing views await you at “It’s A Shore Thing!” This beautiful oceanfront condo, located in desirable Ocean Isle Beach, is the perfect place for your dream vacation.

The entire condo has been completely renovated, both inside and out. You will appreciate all the interior updates, including two refinished bathrooms (with a new hot water heater), new LVT flooring, and all new furnishings.

The condo features three private bedrooms and two full baths, complete with tubs for the little ones. The primary bedroom houses a king sized bed and includes an attached bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes both a queen and twin bed. All rooms have been completely updated and contain new Smart TVs and ceiling fans for additional comfort.

Beach Villas offers a private beach entrance, community pool, rinse showers, charcoal grills, and on-site parking. The condo is further enhanced with dual balconies to enjoy the ocean views and breezes, as well as by its proximity to everything. Less than a half-mile to the circle, you can easily walk to restaurants, the OIB Park and Pier, and other beach attractions.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

Had a great time in Ocean Isle this year! Accommodations were very nice. It was the first time we stayed in this particular villa and would recommend to any one.
