A third open room finishes off the sleeping quarters and includes both a queen and twin bed. All rooms have been completely updated and contain new Smart TVs and ceiling fans for comfort.

The condo features balconies oceanside and streetside to enjoy the ocean views and breezes. Beach Villas offers a private beach entrance, community pool, rinse showers, charcoal grills, and on-site parking.

The oceanfront condo is enhanced even more by its proximity to everything. Less than a half mile to the island traffic circle, you can easily walk to restaurants, the OIB Park and other beach attractions.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, iron/ironing board, and Wi-Fi. This condo does not provide cable service, but there are 4 TVs that provide Streaming service with guest's own account. The private balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills on the premises, next to the pool.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
