This first floor, sound side condo features a great view of the sound and Intracoastal Waterway. It has three bedrooms and two baths on one level. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two queens. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a 50" Smart TV, and there's a 65" Smart TV in living room.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, one is close to the condo and one on the oceanfront, with private beach access, assigned parking under the building, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffeemaker, iron/ironing board and secure Wi-Fi. The dining table seats six. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the sound. You may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the deck watching the sunsets over the sound. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. The condo is only 2/10th of a mile from the Beaufort Street beach access or to the private beach access.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
