Amenities include hot and cold enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, high efficiency washer and dryer in laundry area adjacent to front door, (key in a kitchen drawer), microwave oven, blender, Keurig and regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, DVD player, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six. as well as four stools at the bar for additional seating. The covered and open canal side porches invite you to sit outside and enjoy the view of the passing boats in the shade, or sunbathe. This house is located on a direct beach access street, approximately 400' from the ocean.
