The bedroom includes a brand new queen mattress, flat screen TV and ceiling fan for comfort. Relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa that pulls out into a Queen sleeper sofa. The living room also includes a Smart TV, blu-ray player, two chairs and dinette table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, inluding Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker. The sliding glass doors open up onto an expansive deck perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Further down the deck is a shared gazebo with seating as well. The condo is a short walk to the pier which is close to great shops, entertainment and restaurants.

Service provided every weekend Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend: Polycarts will be rolled out to the street Friday nights for trash pickup and returned to their designated place under the building on Saturday.

Stay includes high speed internet, expanded cable TV and central heat and air.

EV charging strictly prohibited at this complex. Includes vehicles, golf carts, bikes, scooters, skateboards, wheelchairs, etc.

Although this property will rent for less than a week in the off-season, there is a three-night minimum stay during the spring and fall before May 11 and after September 14. This condo does not have an outside golf cart outlet. All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
This condo does not have a washer or dryer.
