FLOUNDERING AROUND - 25 Fairmont Street - This house on a natural canal features four bedrooms plus a loft, and three baths, on two levels. Downstairs, the street side bedroom has a king bed, and the canal side bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have private baths. The bathroom for the king bed has a shower only (no tub). The other bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen, and one has a double and a single, and TV. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. The comfortable loft gives you a place to get away from it all, or give the children a place to play and/or watch TV. This property does not provide cable service, but there are three Smart TVs for streaming using guest's own accounts,

Amenities include boat dock, hot and cold water outside shower, lighted fish cleaning station, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight and there are also two stools at the bar for additional seating. You could sit and relax in the shade of the covered canal side decks, or catch some rays upstairs, on the large, open deck.

There's no golf cart outlet outside.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
