STARBOARD BY THE SEA - 250 West Second Street Unit 2-B - This first floor, mid island condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed and TV, one has two doubles and TV, and the third has two singles. The dining table seats six.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-Fi. This condo does not provide cable service, but there are 3 Smart TVs which provide Streaming with guest's own account. The community dock and pier are tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the lagoon, or you may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the dock over the lagoon. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This complex is located just off Starboard Street, and it's about a block and a half from the beach access.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
