OCEAN POINT - 63 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit 102 - This first floor, 1800 square foot oceanfront condo, in the island's only high-rise complex, features three bedrooms and three baths on one level. There's a king bed in the master bedroom and TV; the second bedroom has a king, and the third bedroom has two doubles. The dining table seats six, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, wet bar, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo provides cable service. Two Smart TVs also provide streaming service with guest's own accounts.

Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach. The Balcony has a small table with 4 chairs

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
