OCEAN POINT - 63 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit 102 - This first floor, 1800 square foot oceanfront condo, in the island's only high-rise complex, features three bedrooms and three baths on one level. Two of the bathrooms have been remodeled. There's a king bed in the master bedroom and TV; the second bedroom has a king, and the third bedroom has two doubles. All mattresses were replaced in 2021. The dining table seats six, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. This condo has a recently remodeled kitchen with all new cabinets, countertops and a new Bosch dishwasher.
Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, wet bar, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo provides cable service. Two Smart TVs also provide streaming service with guest's own accounts.
Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach. The Balcony has a small table with 4 chairs
