JANE'S PLACE - 252 West First Street - This second row house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level. Three of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each, and the fourth bedroom has a king. The bathroom on the east side has a shower only. The bathroom on the west side has a shower/tub combo.

Amenities include enclosed, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, flat screen TV in living room, with Streaming service to be accessed with guest's own account, washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, microwave oven, and secured Wi-Fi. The comfortable harvest table has two benches and two chairs. This house is located two houses from the Starboard beach access approximately 150 feet.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
