One bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV with Fire Stick (to be accessed with guest's login information), another has a double and a queen bed with a Smart TV and Fire Stick, (to be accessed with guest's login information), and the third has two twin beds. The dining table seats six. The living room also has a Smart TV with Firestick to be accessed with guest's login information.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, high chair, DVD player, wet bar, blender, and Wi-Fi, . The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This unit is located on the lower level, and is conveniently located less than two blocks from the beach (near Beaufort Street). Scenic view from the covered porch which overlooks a pond.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
