Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, 2 Smart TVs, crock pot and charcoal grill, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender and secure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four seats at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe or eat lunch on the uncovered, large porch, while enjoying the great waterway and marsh view. With the creek on one side, and the lagoon across the street, you can see water every way you look. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.
