PLACE AT THE BEACH PHASE I - 277 West First Street Unit 1C -This first floor side unit condo is in an oceanfront complex, so you won't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. It features two bedrooms and one and a half baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed, and 1/2 bath, and the other bedroom has a double and a single. The dining table seats four.

This condo has keyless entry.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, and Wireless Internet. This condo provides cable service. There are hibachi grills on the opposite side of the building away from the pool. The coin operated laundry is adjacent to the pool. This unit has a private balcony which faces off to the side of the building, so there's no ocean view.

All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS NOT AN OCEANFRONT CONDO.

NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY, PER CONDO ASSOCIATION.
