A PLACE AT THE BEACH PHASE I - 277 West First Street Unit 2J -This second floor side unit condo is in an oceanfront complex, so you won't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. It features two bedrooms and one and a half baths on one level. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and there's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. Both bedrooms have TVs. The small dining table seats four.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, all stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, full-size stackable washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, and secured Wi-Fi. There are hibachi grills on the opposite side of the building away from the pool. This unit has a private balcony which faces off to the side of the building, overlooking the pool, and there's a great ocean view. (Please see photo labeled "View from deck").
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
Although this condo will rent for partial weeks in the off-season, before June 1 and after August 17, there's a two-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES, PER CONDO ASSOCIATION. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN OCEANFRONT CONDO - IT'S A SIDE UNIT.
