The dining table seats six (plus two other chairs available) and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include access to an oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately two blocks from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, 50 inch Smart TV, with Netflix, DVD player, Blu-ray, surround sound stereo, ceiling fans, wet bar, whirlpool tub in master bath, Brookstone Big Media bluetooth speaker and secured Wi-Fi. This condo is approximately 150' from the Dawson Street beach access and 40 steps to Villas 5 access. The large, ocean facing deck offers partial ocean views.

Although this condo rents for less than a week in the off-season, before June 1 and after August 17, there's a three-night minimum stay required.

The golf cart outlet is on the ceiling under the building near the sheds.

BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
