The bedroom with a king has a private bath, and the bedroom with two doubles has a bath that also has access to the hallway; these two bedrooms have access to oceanfront balconies. On the street side, one bedroom has a queen bed, and one has three singles. Both bedrooms have private baths. There's a small den between the two bedrooms, with a queen sleeper sofa, and TV. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
