Upstairs, the third bedroom has a king bed with private bath tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath tub/shower combo. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds with a private bath tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have TV's and private baths. There is a second living area upstairs with TV, small refrigerator and wetbar.

Amenities include private boat dock (boat lift not included in rental), elevator, enclosed hot & cold outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, ceiling fans, blender and secured Wi-Fi. The comfortable chairs on the covered canal side porch invite you to sit outside and enjoy the view of the passing boats, or lay out on the uncovered side of the porch to catch some sun rays.
