30 Raeford Street - This concrete canal house features five bedrooms and four baths, on two levels. Downstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, and one has a queen. The bedroom to the left has a private bath, and there's also a hall bath. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two double beds and the third has a queen. This bedroom has a private bath, and the other two share a Jack n Jill bathroom.

Amenities include boat dock, enclosed hot & cold outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, 2 TV's, including a 60'' one in living room, and secure Wi-Fi. This property offers Direct TV, as well as two Smart TVs with streaming which may be accessed with guest's own accounts.
