PRIVATE DRIVE 71 - TWO MASTER BEDROOMS-PRIVATE POOL-EASY BEACH ACCESS-KEYLESS ENTRY

Located in lovely Summer Place. Summer Place is a unique circle street perfect for riding bikes or going for short walks. Beach access is just a short walk from 71 Private Drive. This home is brightly decorated and is well maintained and stocked. This five bedrooms and five baths home features a beautiful wrap around covered deck and private pool, which can be heated in the off season for an additional fee. Downstairs, one bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with shower only (no tub), and one has a queen and a single. This bedroom uses a hall bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, and the other two bedrooms have a queen and a single in each. All bedrooms upstairs have private bathrooms. All bathrooms have a stand up shower with a seat and sliding doors, (no tubs).

Amenities include a large open floor plan with granite counters kitchen with seating for twelve, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Kitchen aid mixer, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans in every room, and Hi Speed Wi-Fi. This house does not provide cable service, but there are six Smart TVs that provide Streaming service with guest's own account. The owner does provide YouTube TV. The upstairs Master Bedroom includes a desk/work station. There's also a porta-crib and a high chair for our young vacationers. This property has a gas grill. Guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank. There's a Bocce court/Corn Hole court on the premises.

The beautiful family room and master suite offer private covered balconies to enjoy your favorite book. All rooms feature Smart TVs w/YouTube TV. Living room offers a queen sleeper sofa. After a day at the beach or splashing in the pool, you'll certainly enjoy the outside shower.

Heated Pool available in off season ( April 4th to May 16th and September 5th to October 31st) Additional fees and temperature restrictions apply.

The golf cart outlet is located by the pool.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
