PRIVATE DRIVE 71 - TWO MASTER BEDROOMS-PRIVATE POOL-EASY BEACH ACCESS-KEYLESS ENTRY
Located in lovely Summer Place. Summer Place is a unique circle street perfect for riding bikes or going for short walks. Beach access is just a short walk from 71 Private Drive. This home is brightly decorated and is well maintained and stocked. This five bedrooms and five baths home features a beautiful wrap around covered deck and private pool, which can be heated in the off season for an additional fee. Downstairs, one bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom, and one has a queen and a single. This bedroom uses a hall bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, and the other two bedrooms have a queen and a single in each. All bedrooms upstairs have a private bathroom. All bathrooms have a stand up shower with a seat and sliding doors.

Amenities include a large open floor plan with granite counters kitchen with seating for twelve, DVD player, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans in every room, and Hi Speed Wi-Fi. This house does not provide cable service, but there are six Smart TVs that provide Streaming service with guest's own account.
The owner provides YouTube TV. The upstairs Master Bedroom includes a desk/work station. There's also a porta-crib and a high chair for our young vacationers. This property has a gas grill. Guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank.

KEYLESS ENTRY

The beautiful family room and master suite offer private covered balconies to enjoy your favorite book. All rooms feature Smart TVs w/YouTube TV. Living room offers a queen sleeper sofa. After a day at the beach or splashing in the pool, you'll certainly enjoy the outside shower.

* Heated Pool available in off season ( March 31st to May 17th and September 6 to October 31) Additional fees and temperature restrictions apply.
The golf cart outlet is by the pool.

All properties have pillows and comforters, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.

This property uses doorbell cameras to monitor for pet/smoking violations.

We R Mayhem is a great house and we love Ocean Isle. The only issue we have is the golf cart restrictions.
