The bathroom is equipped with a tile shower, frameless enclosure and large counter area with storage below for personal items. The bedroom includes queen mattress, Smart TV and ceiling fan for comfort. Relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa that pulls out into a Queen sleeper sofa. The living room also includes a Smart TV, with Samsung TV Plus, two chairs and dinette table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including blender, Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker. The sliding glass doors open up onto an expansive deck perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. There is a shared gazebo oceanfront with seating as well. The condo is a short walk to the pier which is close to great shops, entertainment and restaurants.

Stay includes high speed internet and central heat and air.

Easily access the condo with keyless entry. Designated parking on the side of the building.

EV charging strictly prohibited at this complex. Includes vehicles, golf carts, bikes, scooters, skateboards, wheelchairs, etc.

This condo does not have an outside golf cart outlet, nor a washer and dryer.

Parking for two cars. Please do not block the stairway.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. A small bath set is supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, with 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth provided per person. All linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
