Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo does provide cable. Streaming is available with guest's own accounts. The private balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills and a picnic table on the premises, next to the pool.
