OCEAN POINT - 63 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit 104 - This first floor, 1535 square foot oceanfront condo, in the island's only high-rise complex, features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. Granite countertops and tile throughout the condo. There's a king bed in the master bedroom on the ocean side and TV; the second bedroom also has a king bed. The dining table seats four, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. There are 2 smart TVs, one in living room, and one in master bedroom. Streaming may be accessed with guest's own accounts. The other bedroom has cable service.

Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, wet bar, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, cable and secured Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach.

This property has keyless entry.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

The hot tub will NOT be heated from the Monday after the Oyster Festival in October to the third weekend in May.

The indoor pool area has security cameras.

ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

GOLFCARTS, ELECTRIC BIKES, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS, ELECTRIC MOPEDS AND ELECTRIC HOVERBOARDS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON OCEAN POINT PROPERTY.
