There is a king bed in the master bedroom and smart TV. The second bedroom (streetside) has a queen bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top and a smart TV. This condo does provide cable service and there are four Smart TVs to provide streaming with guest's own accounts. The dining table seats six, and there is a bench at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, stack washer and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave oven, blender, Keurig pod/regular combo, regular coffeemaker, blender, iron/ironing board, and unsecured Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills are provided for guests and are located near the pool.
This property provides one parking space per condo.
This property has an owner provided keyless entry. You will be notified when the unit is ready to be given the code.
All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
