SUMMER PLACE - DIAMOND BY THE SEA - PRIVATE POOL

This bright, open concept family home with lots of natural light is in the Summer Place community, a quaint circular street perfect for riding bikes and family walks. It features five bedrooms and five ensuite baths on two levels; each bedroom has a flat screen TV and attached deck space. Downstairs there are two bedrooms; the first bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has a built-in bunk with a twin over a queen bed. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a built-in bunk bed which has two queen beds. The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a queen bed.  

Amenities include private 12' X 26' pool (with option to heat), STREAMING CABLE - SMART TV - FLAT SCREEN TVs IN ALL BEDROOMS, enclosed outside shower, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, porta-crib, blender, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, crock pot, gas grill and secure Wi-Fi. The dining table seats ten, and there are two stools at the bar for additional seating. There's seating on the deck to have your morning coffee, or spend a cool evening outside enjoying the ocean breeze. Private Drive is a direct and easy beach access street. This home is a short walk to the beach.

KEYLESS ENTRY

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
