Inside, a reverse floor plan maximizes the views and living space. The top floor features an open-concept living area with a 70” Smart TV, fireplace, and a modern, fully stocked kitchen with two full-size refrigerators—perfect for large families or extended stays. The lower level includes a second living space with a 65” Smart TV, wet bar, and mini-fridge, ideal for entertaining or providing a separate area for the kids to hang out. Each floor has a master suite with a king-size bed, offering flexibility and privacy for guests. Additional bedrooms include two with queen beds, and a bunk room with three sets of twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps six). There’s even a queen-size Murphy bed in the downstairs living area for extra accommodations. All five bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, and there are eight TVs total throughout the home—including one in each living room and at the tiki bar by the pool. YouTubeTV is provided. All other streaming services may be accessed with guest's own accounts.

NEW FOR 2025 - The entire pool and spa deck is finished with a slip-resistant, cushioned rubber surface that stays cool underfoot and adds an extra layer of comfort and safety—ideal for children and seniors. Whether you’re swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying a peaceful moment by the water, this thoughtful feature enhances both relaxation and peace of mind. The backyard also includes a tiki bar with a large Smart TV, sink, and mini-fridge, plus a BBQ grill, and two covered outdoor dining areas—one on the deck with ocean views and another by the pool. You’ll also find two outdoor showers, upscale outdoor furniture, and ample space for lounging in either sun or shade.

Other conveniences include a private elevator that provides access to all floors, keyless entry, central heating and air, a high-efficiency washer and dryer, microwave, blender, Keurig and regular coffeemakers, and Wi-Fi throughout. A pack and play is available for little ones, and a dedicated golf cart charging outlet adds convenience for those bringing their own cart. The home is handicap-friendly, making it suitable for guests with mobility considerations.

Guests of Paradise West also have access to The Resort at OIB’s private Oceanfront Clubhouse, just a few hundred feet away. This exclusive amenity includes a beachfront pool, private beach access, bath facilities, and a scenic crab dock—reserved for use only by property owners and guests. All of this is located just a short 10-minute walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach.

Bath towels and washcloths are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL LINENS IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
