5 Juniper Court - Island Park – DRIFT AWAY - SECOND ROW.
Listen to the ocean from the back deck and enjoy a limited ocean view and short walk to the convenient beach access. This house features five bedrooms and three and a half baths on two levels. All bedrooms have TVs. First Level: One bedroom has a King bed and ensuite half bath (toilet and sink only). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed. There's a full bathroom in hallway. Second level: One bedroom has a king bed and ensuite full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a double and a single bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath. There's also an additional twin rollaway bed available.
Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, one of them only about a block away, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, crock pot, Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker. The large family room features 70” flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. Additional amenities include high chair, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-Fi. This property does not provide cable service, only YouTube TV; There are six Smart TVs with Streaming service which may be accessed with guest's own account. The dining room table seats eight; there's also a game table with four stools, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar. A card table and 4 chairs are also available for additional seating. This property is a short walk from the beach access, the community pool and community sound side dock. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Make sure to have your camera ready for some great sunset photos.

The golf cart outlet is in the carport. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
