NATURAL CANAL - 66 Fairmont Street - This natural canal house has been newly remodeled and features three bedrooms, and two baths on one level. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom with shower only (no tub). The second bedroom has 2 double beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The second bathroom has a shower only and opens to the hallway.
Amenities include boat dock, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker. This property does not provide cable service; Streaming may be accessed on 2 Smart TVs (one in living room and one in master bedroom), with guest's own accounts. Secured Wi-Fi.
This house has keyless entry.
This property rents on a weekly basis only. The golf cart outlet is in the garage which may be accessed with same keyless entry code.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. Better pictures. Pictures can be deceiving when sizes of rooms are considered. We loved the house but had no idea the bedrooms were so small. Also there were some great features of this property that were not mentioned. We will definitely stay here again but just want to put that out there. WE LOVE OIB!

This property was great! Very clean and comfortable, immediately felt right at home. Check in/check out process WAS A BREEZE!! Received an email prior to with an electronic lock code and easy instructions on what to do. Never have to talk to Williamson Reality, although I’m sure they would be glad to help if needed. The whole process was so convenient. The queen bed in the master bedroom is temperpedic with adjustable base and super comfy. Smart TV in the living room with great sound system, master bedroom includes an Apple TV. No other TVs in the house. Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, standard pots, pans, and cooking utensils well stocked. The outdoor kitchen was a great place to relax while taking a break from the sun, the temperature seems to drop 20 degrees under there. Bring a grille brush if you plan on grilling out, and if you plan to use the flat top grille I would recommend bringing appropriate means to clean it as well since none are provided. Unmentioned about this rental is the washer and dryer are downstairs in a room off the garage, no big deal. That room also includes a full size refrigerator and a full size ice machine to fill up those coolers for a day out on the beach or boat. There is also a half bath in another unfinished room off the garage, there is no light and it’s not squeaky clean, but saves you a trip upstairs and through the home. It is unfinished space after all. Very nice perks to this property, would certainly rent it again!
