3 Palm Court - Medlin - This Island Park house features four bedrooms and three baths on two levels. Downstairs, the first bedroom has a king. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There's one bathroom downstairs. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with one queen bed in each. The first floor has one bathroom and there are two bathrooms upstairs.

Other amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, high efficiency washer and dryer, ceiling fans, secured Wi-Fi. FUBO streaming TV in living area and each bedroom. The dining room table seats six plus there are two additional chairs at the kitchen bar.

This house is located an easy walk, approximately two blocks, from the Dawson Street beach access as well as a short drive to either one of the pools, one on Harbor Drive and the second pool is located at the corner of Seabrook and Schooner Streets. Sunbathe or enjoy lunch on the large, uncovered porch with its comfortable chairs, or relax on the ground level patio, overlooking the lagoon. The lagoon side patio is guaranteed to make you lose track of time as you relax and enjoy the breeze.
