48 Monroe Street - This natural canal house has four bedrooms and four baths, on one level. One bedroom has a king bed and the other three bedrooms have a queen in each. Every bedroom has a private bath and every bedroom has a TV. 

Amenities include enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer (in a laundry area on the ground level), microwave oven, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The dining table seats six and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. There's a boat dock if you want to bring your boat, or just sit and fish. You can catch some rays on the open, canal side deck or streetside porch. This house is located on a beach access street, but it also has direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway.

This property has keyless entry. 

There's a golf cart outlet in the laundry room under the house. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. LINENS, PAPER AND SOAP PRODUCTS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
