On the main floor, one bedroom has a queen bed and a double, and the second bedroom has two double beds. There's a full bath for the use of these two bedrooms in the hallway. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and one has two doubles. Both bedrooms have private baths, and both of these bedrooms have access to an open deck on the second floor. All bedrooms have TV's and Roku streaming service has been added to all of the them .There's also a deck on the main level. The comfortable loft area has two bunk beds (250lb MAX) with trundles and a TV. The dining room table seats ten, and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include private 12' X 24' pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD players and secured Wi-Fi. The house is approximately 200' from the Leland Street beach access.
