190 East First Street - This oceanfront duplex, features six bedrooms and three and a half baths on two levels. Downstairs, there are two street side bedrooms. The master has a king bed, private bath (shower only) and TV, and the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds. There is a half bath on this level.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom has a king and the other two bedrooms have two double beds in each. The Jack-N-Jill bath (tub-shower combo) is shared by two of the bedrooms that have two double size beds. The hallway bath has a shower only. The dining room table seats ten, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, , and Wi-Fi. Catch some sun rays from the uncovered oceanfront deck, or sit in the shade on the covered porch rockers, chairs, and built-in benches.

This house has keyless entry.

There's a golf cart outlet on the porch. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
