NEW LISTING AUGUST 2023! EASY BEACH ACCESS. - This second row house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level. Sleeps 10. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed and two bedrooms have a double and a twin bed. The two bathrooms are Jack and Jill with tub/shower combo. The dining room table seats six, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, large steam pot, blender, iron/ironing board and Wi-Fi. Streaming service apps to be accessed with guest's login information. There's a Pack n Play and a high chair for the "little guests".
Relax and enjoy the large open deck, or sit in the shade of the covered porch. This house is located approximately 100 feet from the Concord Street beach access.
All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
