SUMMER PLACE - 38 Private Drive - This house, in the Summer Place community, features five bedrooms and four baths on two levels. Downstairs one bedroom has a queen, one bedroom has two doubles. Upstairs, two bedrooms have one queen in each, the fifth bedroom has one full size bed and a set of bunks. All bedrooms have TV's.
Amenities include access to the Summer Place community pool, enclosed outside shower, two washers and two dryers, dishwasher, blender, iron/ironing board, microwave oven, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining table seats nine, and there are four stools at the bar for additional seating. There's seating on the deck to have your morning coffee, or spend a cool evening outside enjoying the ocean breeze. Private Drive is a direct and easy beach access street, and this house is a short walk from both the beach and the pool.

Although this house rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 2 and after August 19, there's a three-night minimum stay required. There's a golf cart outlet by the outside shower, and another one by the stairs. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
