WEST LAGOONS - 22 Harbor Drive Unit 4 - OVERLOOKS THE POOL AND LAGOON - This second floor, 1200 square foot, mid-island condo, in the desirable Island Park Neighborhood, features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed, the third bedroom has two doubles. The dining table seats six and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include two private balconies, one overlooking the lagoon, and one on the street side, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, SMART TV in living room and master bedroom (apps to be accessed with guest's login information. Also equipped with antenna for some local channels), DVD player, iron/ironing board and secure Wi-Fi. There's a high chair and a pack n play for the little guests. This condo is approximately a 5 minute walk from the beach.
