Facing west, this outside unit has spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The wrap around deck allows an excellent view of the ocean, end of the island, marsh and the Intracoastal Waterway.
There's a king bed in the master bedroom on the ocean side, with access to ocean facing deck and private bath.
The second bedroom has two double beds. There's a bathroom with access to this bedroom in the hallway. There is also a small private deck for viewing the marsh and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and view of the west end, marsh and Intracoastal Waterway.
The dining table seats six, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. On the deck, a dining table seats 8, plus four deck chairs with side tables. 2024: All new 4k TV's in each bedroom and Living Room.
All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach and sunrises. Outside amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, outside shower, Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located near the beach access.
This condo is an end unit facing the west side of the island toward Sunset Beach. Amenities include, Jacuzzi tub in master bath, wet bar, central heating and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, widescreen HDTV, Smart-TV in each bedroom, Cable TV and internet service, laser printer, DVD player, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, and secured Wi-Fi.
