146 West Third Street - This home is only a ten-minute walk to attractions and restaurants. It is only a five-minute walk to The Resort at OIB - Ocean Front Pool and Clubhouse- beach access. The clubhouse provides golf cart parking. This home has an outlet to charge your golf cart.
AMENITIES: 10' X 22' PRIVATE POOL, ELEVATOR GOES TO ALL LEVELS, PRIVATE TIDAL DOCK. TVs in the living area and in every bedroom, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, Instapot, wet bar with wine fridge, and secure Wi-Fi. All bedrooms have a private bath.
PROPERTY DETAILS
First Floor: The kitchen, dining and living area have beautiful views of Jinks Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway. The dining table seats eight and there are four stools at the kitchen bar. The first bedroom has a double and twin bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
Second Floor: This floor has three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of Jinks Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway.
This is a KEYLESS ENTRY home.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.

What an amazing place!

Had a great time here @ Ocean Isle in the Waterways and Fairways house. This home was absolutely gorgeous and lots of room. Enjoyed fishing off the dock, watching sunsets to sunrise. Short walking distances to the beach. Perfect place for making memories!

Had a fun experience being on the marsh! Had lots of fun. Really pretty sunset and had so much fun on the beach. Enjoyed learning how to skim board. Good waves for boog-y boarding. The walk to the beach was really quick. I enjoyed the very short walk to the creamery and the park! Glad we got to stay for the market and the scavenger hunt. Enjoyed the resteraunts nearby and everything!

What a week - grandson learned how to swim. We seen a moma deer and her baby. The oceanpool was a great treat, a needed break from the beautiful beach. Can see why folks travel great distances to be here. SUnsets to die for, friends could not believe back home. Count us in on a return if you will have us! I even learned to say ya'll! Molly & Calvin had the best time. The best sunset I've seen. The walk to the beach was swift. The water was calm. Calvin was able to body surf. Molly built the most fabulous sand castle!
