WEST LAGOONS - 22 Harbor Drive Unit 1 - OVERLOOKS THE POOL AND LAGOON - This first floor, 1200 square foot, mid-island condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twins. The dining table seats six and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Amenities include two private balconies, one overlooking the lagoon, and one on the street side, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven and secure Wi-Fi.

This condo is approximately a 5 minute walk from the beach.

This property has keyless entry.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.
