FLOUNDER INN - 127 West First Street - This oceanfront house features five bedrooms and five bathrooms on two levels. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one has a king bed and one has two queens. The bathroom that services this bedroom also has access to the hallway. Upstairs, the oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, a TV and a great view of the ocean; the two street side bedrooms have two queen beds in each. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. All bedrooms have private baths. The dining room table seats six, and there are seven stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. This property does not provide cable service, but there are two Smart TVs which provide Streaming which may be accessed with guest's own account.

Amenities include access to Summer Place pool, which is about 250' from the house, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven,, iron/ironing board,, and Wi-Fi. Catch some sun rays on the second floor open porch, or enjoy the shade of the covered ocean side porch off the main level.

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.
