STARBOARD BY THE SEA - 266 West Second Street Unit 8D - This second floor, sound side condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed, and one has two doubles; the third bedroom has two single beds. The dining table seats six.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, with private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, 3 Roku TVs you can stream with your personal login, Spectrum streaming app provides local tv, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, wet bar, blender, iron/ironing board and Wi-Fi. The community dock and pier are tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the sound; you may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the deck watching the sunsets over the sound. If you can't tear yourself away from the beautiful view, you may eat dinner on the big table out on the deck. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This condo is 2/10th of a mile from the Beaufort Street beach access or to the private beach access.

This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.

There is a golf cart outlet on a post in the parking area.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
