STARBOARD BY THE SEA - 250 West Second Street Unit 2-A - This first floor, mid island condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has a queen and a daybed, with a trundle underneath, and the third has two singles. The dining table seats six.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, iron/ironing board, and Wi-Fi. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the lagoon, or you may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the deck that overlooks the lagoon. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This complex is located just off of Starboard Street, and it's about a block and a half from the beach access.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
This condo rents on a weekly basis only. Golf cart outlet parking area beneath bldg. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
