This sound-front vacation home sits in the Island Park community of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, with a tidal creek on one side, a lagoon on the other, and open views across the marsh to the Intracoastal Waterway. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, sleeps 9, and comes with a private dock, access to two community pools, and a short walk to the beach.

INSIDE THE HOME
The open living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the house, with water views and a fireplace for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, both a Keurig and a standard coffeemaker, and a big seafood pot for a Lowcountry boil or a fresh catch. The dining table seats eight, with two more stools at the kitchen bar.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The bedrooms are split across two floors, and each floor has two full bathrooms.
• Main level: one bedroom with a king bed, and one with a queen and a twin
• Upper level: one bedroom with a king bed, and one with a queen
Every bedroom has its own TV. The home has five Smart TVs with YouTube TV, and you can log into your own accounts for other streaming services.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The large, uncovered sundeck has room to relax, dine, or soak up the sun while you watch the marsh and waterway. From the private dock you can reach the sound at the right tide, so check a tide chart during your stay. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A golf cart charging outlet is in the carport near the electric meter.

COMFORTS AND CONVENIENCES
The home has central heat and air, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi (an open network with no password), smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and keyless entry.

LINENS INCLUDED
Every reservation includes a linen package. Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided, beds are made before you arrive, and bath towels are supplied for the full occupancy of 9. A labeled linen bag will be waiting outside the door when you arrive. At checkout, please put all linens (towels included) back in the bag and leave it outside the front door for pickup. Paper products and soap are not provided, so plan to bring your own.
