SUMMER NIGHTS - 11 Richmond Street - This concrete canal house features four bedrooms and two baths, all on one level. There are two bedrooms on the canal side with a king bed in each, and TV's. One street side bedroom has two queen beds; one bedroom has two singles.

Amenities include boat dock, enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer inside the house, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, 3 TVs with Streaming service, 2 DVD players, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six and there are also five stools at the bar for additional seating. Enjoy the relaxation of the canal side porches, as you watch the boats go by. This property is located approximately 1200 feet from the Concord Street beach access.

The golf cart outlet is located in front carport area. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
