30 Raeford Street - This concrete canal house features five bedrooms and four baths, on two levels. Downstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, and one has a queen. The bedroom to the left has a private bath, and there's also a hall bath. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two double beds and the third has a queen. This bedroom has a private bath, and the other two share a Jack n Jill bathroom.

Amenities include boat dock, enclosed hot & cold outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, 2 TVs, including a 60'' one in living room, and secure Wi-Fi. This property offers Direct TV, as well as two Smart TVs with streaming which may be accessed with guest's own accounts. The dining room table seats six and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. The comfortable canal side screened-in porch will invite you to sit and have your morning coffee.
