On a rocking chair or at the outdoor table eating a late dinner, surrounded by family and friends. 137 Old Sound Blvd offers the convenience of beach access within a 5-minute walk or beachfront parking is available at The Isles Beach Club. You can crab or fish right off the dock or explore the sound at low tide. It is truly the best of all worlds in Ocean Isle Beach. This sound-facing house features seven bedrooms and seven and a half baths, on two levels, conveniently built on a reverse floor plan to maximize the views from the main living area. On the main level one bedroom has a queen bed and one has two double beds. Downstairs one bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed, one has a queen bed and a double-size futon, one has two double beds, and one has two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms have TVs and private baths.

Amenities include enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, two refrigerators and unsecure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight and there are also five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The comfortable rockers on the covered sound side porch invite you to sit outside and enjoy the view of the passing boats or eat lunch at the picnic table while watching the waterway. This property provides you with access to the oceanfront pool at The Isles Beach Club in front of Le Volte as well as tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. The private dock on the sound is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you are on the island.

This house does not provide cable service but there are Smart TVs in all the bedrooms and the living room, which provide Streaming service to be accessed with guest's own account.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
