Oceanside West I - 39 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit G-2 - This side unit condo is in an oceanfront complex, so you won't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. This first floor, side unit features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom and TV; the second bedroom has a queen and the third has two singles.

Amenities include KEYLESS ENTRY, seasonal community pool, Smart TV with Roku (streaming), cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi. This condo does not provide cable service; Streaming on two Smart TVs may be accessed with guest's own accounts.

All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.

ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

THIS IS NOT AN OCEANFRONT CONDO - IT'S A SIDE UNIT.

Condo association rules prohibit golf carts in the parking area. IF YOU REQUIRE MORE THAN TWO PARKING PASSES, PLEASE LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.

I think this unit would be better with a King bed in the master suite. That is the only thing I would change.
